PART 1: Shamus and Ryan are at the club house working out while Shamus' girlfriend Hazel and her friends Natalie and Melanie wait for them in the bar. It's a chance for the two lads to work out their sexual frustration and for the girls to have a good gossip over a bottle of wine. But when the boastful lads go too far in their bragging about women the girls decide it's time for a taste of their own medicine.
